Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine Lead the breakfast kitchen brigade supervising and setting a positive example for the team Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food preparation and plating is executed efficiently and meets presentation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast station and kitchen areas in line with HACCP procedures Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones Uphold and enforce strict health and hygiene standards Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned Foster our culture of engagement within the culinary team with a focus on training and development, supported by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
