The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for an experienced Duty Manager or an experienced Food/Beverage/Gaming attendant who would like to take the next step in their career to work at Highland Park Tavern, Highland Park, Nerang. This full-time salary position requires the availability to work week days and nights, weekends and public holidays, approximately 40 hours per week, with some flexibility. Our venue trades from 10am to 10pm 5 days a week and from 10am to midnight, 2 days per week - so no 3am finishes! Duties include but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service Performing ID checks, cash handling and stock control Rostering Completing of DTS and daily banking Managing shift operations Supervision of staff Essential Requirements for the Duty Manager position include: A sound understanding of all areas of a Tavern/Hotel, including gaming, bar, functions and compliance Experience in a similar role or many years experience in F&B and Gaming - we can train you!
