Job Description As the Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Controller in all aspects of financial operations within the hotel. You will oversee day-to-day financial processes, ensure compliance with Accor and Sofitel policies, and provide leadership to the Finance and Purchasing team. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate financial and management reports, assisting in budget preparation, ensuring internal controls, and supporting departmental profitability through cost-effective measures and reporting. You will work closely with all department heads, providing financial insights and training, monitoring revenue and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal audit requirements. In the absence of the Financial Controller, you will assume full responsibility for the finance function.
