This team is trusted by major organisations and government to lead sensitive and high-profile workplace matters, and due to growth is now seeking a lawyer with employment and/or investigations experience to join them. The role will see you: Conduct workplace investigations into misconduct, whistleblower matters, bullying, harassment, and breaches of policy. Interview witnesses and parties, analyse evidence, and produce clear, evidence-based reports. Provide strategic legal advice on employment law matters including wage audits, transfer of business, and compliance. Draft employment contracts, policies, and procedures. Deliver training to clients on legal obligations and best-practice workplace behaviour.
