What You'll Be Doing: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero , including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations Preparing financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries Overseeing accounts payable/receivable and supplier account setup Maintaining payroll records and supporting HR documentation Assisting with internal communications and general office administration Responding to phone and email enquiries and keeping records up to date Supporting ongoing process improvements and contributing to a positive team environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance admin role Solid understanding of accounting processes and principles Confident using Xero and Excel (bonus points for tech-savvy systems knowledge) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Clear communication skills-both written and verbal Discretion when handling confidential information A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently Why Join Us?
