Responsibilities: Hands-on involvement with all farm activities.infrastructure management and maintenance. Ensure farm efficiency, productivity & safety across all daily operations. Work closely with agronomists, contractors, and suppliers. Requirements: Prior experience in row cropping and/or irrigation. The ability to work independently and as a team member. Prior experience operating and maintain agricultural machinery. A commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and results. Location: Central Queensland, 20km from Emerald.
