Job Summary: We're hiring an Enterprise Portfolio Planning Manager to join us at HUB24. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving strategic execution and delivering impactful change across HUB24. You’ll help translate enterprise strategy into a dynamic portfolio of initiatives, shaping strategic roadmaps and enabling informed decision-making across the business. In addition, you’ll lead the delivery of high-value projects across our shared services functions -including People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and Risk - supporting operational transformation, enhancing business efficiency, and mitigating risk. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities : Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives by facilitating cross-functional engagement, shaping strategic roadmaps, and aligning priorities with business goals and resource capacity. Portfolio Governance & Insights: Manage the intake and assessment of new work, monitor portfolio health, and provide data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making and strategic alignment. Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, high-impact reporting and visualisations that track progress against strategic roadmaps and highlight portfolio performance. Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of key projects across shared services functions (People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Risk), ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Drive proactive communication and collaboration across teams to ensure transparency, support, and successful change adoption. Risk & Benefit Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, monitor financials, and ensure delivery of targeted benefits through structured governance and reporting. Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in portfolio and project management, contributing to the evolution of tools, frameworks, and stakeholder engagement approaches. Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline. Extensive experience (8 years) in Strategy Execution and Enterprise Project Portfolio Management , with a strong understanding of the full EPPM lifecycle. Proven success in translating strategy into executable programs and maintaining enterprise portfolio roadmaps. Demonstrated track record in end-to-end project management , delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Solid understanding of the wealth management sector, including wrap platforms , superannuation, investment products, and/or financial advice. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and complex stakeholder needs. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. High level of business acumen and the ability to connect strategic objectives to execution outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.
