We’re looking for a Creative Assistant with strong administrative experience to help bring an exciting, interactive small museum project to life. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, coordination, and communication, while also enjoying the energy of a hands-on, fast-paced creative team. About the Role: You’ll support the core creative and production team to deliver a compelling visitor experience. This is not a traditional admin role, it’s sleeves-up, fast-moving work that spans logistics, coordination, and creative problem-solving. You will be responsible for: Providing high-level administrative support to the team Coordinating contractors, vendors, and creatives across multiple disciplines Managing small budgets, schedules, and resources with precision Supporting the development and rollout of graphic, spatial, and digital designs Tracking tasks, documentation, and project updates to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining clear and professional communication across all stakeholders Problem-solving during design, build, and install phases You Must Have: Strong communication and administrative skills Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role Proven ability to coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and handle multiple priorities A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Comfort with ambiguity and evolving project needs ✅ Bonus Points: Background in design, museums, exhibitions, or creative production Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or project management software Experience supporting multidisciplinary creative teams Passion for cultural spaces, storytelling, or interactive experiences Location: On-site work required at our Rydalmere office Duration: Casual Employment Offered - for the duration of the build (with possible extension) You must be available to work at least 32 hours per week, on an ongoing basis through to November.
