About the Role This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their IT career. This role is ideal for a university graduate, or current student pursuing a full-time role that will complement their studies with highly valued industry and hands-on experience. This exciting opportunity will focus on our Technology department by providing assistance with ongoing troubleshooting and customer support for Level 1 enquiries, asset lifecycle and administration support. Requirements Responsibilities & Duties Monthly invoicing and account management Procurement of IT equipment Manage all IT assets and management of equipment lifecycle Manage all IT maintenance and software agreements Manage telecommunication services General IT administrative duties Setup PC’s, mobile phones and associated applications and devices Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, a high-energy approach, fast learning skills and motivation to succeed.
