An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our food & beverage and event offerings of Florence Guild, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will manage venue marketing initiatives, lead creative production, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns. Your storytelling skills and strategic mindset will help shape brand narratives that engage audiences and drive results. What You’ll Be Doing Marketing Strategy & Execution - plan and implement the annual F&B and event marketing calendar across multiple brands to support revenue growth and brand awareness. Campaign Development - collaborate with Events Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Venue Operations to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns and event promotions. Content & Communications - work closely with the Content & Social Media Executive to deliver high-quality content across social, web, and email channels, supporting customer acquisition and retention. Creative Production - plan and manage photo and video shoots across our venues and hospitality offerings with external creators and agencies. CRM & Digital Marketing - Lead CRM campaigns aimed at database growth and engagement; deliver insights via analytics tools (GA, email, social). Media & PR Support - Support PR initiatives and maintain strong relationships with media partners to secure consistent coverage and brand exposure. What We’re Looking For Based in Melbourne, with a keen eye for detail and polished production skills. Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role; hospitality, events, or brand partnerships experience is advantageous. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism (or equivalent experience) preferred. A natural communicator – confident, curious, and collaborative. Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms, with experience in digital campaign execution. Skills in copywriting, content editing, and visual storytelling. Canva, image/video editing, and basic design capabilities are a plus. Familiar with marketing platforms and CRM tools, with the ability to interpret analytics and provide performance insights.
