About The Role Inspire and lead your team to achieve sales targets, KPI's, & individual development.Meticulously monitor store sales to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.Efficiently operate your store, focusing on engaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels.Effectively manage the wage costs in store, following weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
