About the role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Child Care Centre Director to lead the St Mary Multicultural Early Learning Centre in Rhodes, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our vibrant child care centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services. What you'll be doing Provide strong leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the child care centre Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs to support the centre's educational and care objectives Manage and develop the centre's teaching staff, including recruitment, training and performance management Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards in early childhood education Foster positive relationships with families, the local community and key stakeholders Manage the centre's budget and financial reporting Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of the centre's services What we're looking for Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma qualification.
