Job Description Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ANZ Talent Team. This role ideally would be based out of our offices, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. Responsibilities: Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance Manage all communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.
