About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Consultant to support and deliver integration projects involving SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) . This role will focus on the configuration, automation, and ongoing support of multiple integration channels, ensuring projects are delivered transparently within agreed timeframes and budgets Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead and support the configuration of SAP B1 and EDI integrations using native SAP tools or automation platforms such as Bouyon. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations via API, XML, and SFTP feeds. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and provide Time & Materials (T&M)-based estimates. Manage and control project scope, ensuring any deviations are handled through formal change control processes. Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution post-deployment. Ensure documentation is kept up to date for all integrations and processes. Proven experience delivering SAP B1 and EDI integration projects. Strong working knowledge of API, XML, and SFTP protocols. Experience with automation platforms such as Bouyon or similar tools. Ability to clearly document technical requirements and processes. Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills.
