Join us in making a difference! About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our manufacturing team at our Stapylton Cans Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a rotating roster, with overtime available. 12-hour shifts, Day - 6am – 6pm and Night - 6pm – 6am. Week 1 – 4 x Night shifts, Week 2 – 3 x Day shifts, 3 x Night shifts, Week 3 – 4 x Day shifts, Week 4 – no shifts Weekends and Public Holidays as part of roster paid at penalty rates. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Operating production machinery, alongside the production team. Supervising the production team on shift, including 3 tradespeople. Dealing with production issues and escalating as required. Fostering a great work culture and team environment. Contribute to project work, including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Background in Food, FMCG or packaging environment preferred. Able to deal well under pressure and manage competing demands. Experience in reporting, documentation and compliance. A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
