Overview Spectra Recruitment is currently seeking a Leading Hand to join one of our well-established manufacturing clients in Pinkenba, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills in a production or manufacturing environment. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. While previous experience in a poly department is an advantage, it's not essential.
