About the role As an RTO Manager at selectability Training, you will take the lead in advancing community training programs across regional Queensland. You'll oversee compliance, empower trainers, and drive excellence in our nationally accredited courses — helping to shape skilled professionals who make a real difference. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: demonstrate a strong understanding of RTO operations and ASQA standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance drive business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and expanding training opportunities leverage HubSpot to attract prospective students and boost enrolments through targeted marketing campaigns manage financial performance to consistently meet or exceed budget targets and contribute to overall profitability About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will have: highly developed person-centred communication skills excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes a demonstrated ability to show empathy and compassion high level organisational, administrative and project management skills a proven ability to think critically and approach challenges with innovation Role Requirements certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) experience working within Registered Training Organisations (highly desirable) occasional out of hours work may be required from time to time some travel to selectability sites may be required from time to time a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability to obtain) a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence About the offer The RTO Manager is a fulltime fixed term position until 30 June 2026 based in Townsville.
