About the role Shamrock Caravan Shop is seeking a Caravan Repairs and Service Technician to join our team in Charmhaven, NSW. This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality caravan repair and maintenance services to our valued customers. What you'll be doing Conduct comprehensive inspections and diagnose issues with caravans Repair and service a wide range of caravan components, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and general tune-ups Assist with the installation and customisation of caravan accessories and upgrades Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the repair process What we're looking for Formal qualifications in caravan repair and maintenance, such as a Certificate III in Caravan Industry or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience working as a caravan technician or in a similar role Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Strong working knowledge of caravan systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team What we offer At Shamrock Caravan Shop, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
