You’ll be passionate about high-end service in a retail environment, team development, and operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you’ll have: Minimum 1-2 years security experience ideally at a large retail site A valid State Security Licence (essential) A current Senior First Aid Certificate (essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent grooming and presentation standards A collaborative and professional attitude Availability to work: Week 1 - Wednesdays 06:00 – 1630, Thursdays 06:00 - 18:00, Fridays 06:00-18:00, Week 2 Mondays 06:00 – 16:30, Tuesdays 06:00 – 18:00, Saturdays 06:00 – 18:00, Sundays 06:00 – 18:00 Your Role This dynamic, hands-on supervisory role supports daily security operations while mentoring the wider team. You’ll have full access to tailored onsite training, including control room systems, incident handling, and emergency simulations. Key responsibilities: Floor supervision and rostering support Incident report review, management, and escalation Staff performance, disciplinary action, and coaching Liaising with Centre Management, tenants, and the public Conflict resolution and emergency response coordination Security audits and compliance checks Administrative reporting and site documentation Why Join Glad Group?
