The opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Change Analyst to join our People team and support business initiatives and projects across waterfall, Agile, and business-as-usual delivery. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end change management, helping to minimise people impacts and maximise returns from our business investments. In this role, you will: Deliver repeatable change support using UniSuper’s Change Framework Conduct change impact assessments and develop proactive plans Design and implement communication and engagement strategies Analyse training needs and facilitate workshops Create compelling visual communication content Track and report on change progress, readiness, and sentiment Define and measure success metrics for change initiatives You’ll collaborate closely with Change Leads, Business Analysts, Sponsors, People Business Partners, and Project Delivery Leaders to ensure change is effectively managed and embedded across the organisation. About you You’re a resilient and adaptable team player with a passion for driving meaningful change.
