This role will work with our Australian Capital Territory operations team to improve engagement, ensure compliance, and enhance service delivery to our clients. Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, your role and responsibilities as a People and Culture Manager will include: Industrial & Legislative Compliance - Ensure business practices comply with industrial instruments and employment law through proactive guidance and oversight. Performance Management Capability - Support and equip managers to confidently manage performance, conduct, and employee development. Culture & Engagement - Foster a positive, values-led culture by driving initiatives that embed policy and boost engagement. Industrial Relations & Bargaining - Support enterprise bargaining negotiations and represent the organisation in industrial matters before relevant external bodies, including Fair Work, Unions and other peak bodies Leadership & Team Development - Lead, support, and develop direct reports to build a collaborative, high-performing People & Culture team Who You Are You are a people-first professional who knows how to balance empathy with execution.
