What You’ll Do Develop a deep understanding of our products, services and customer touchpoints to support informed decision-makingBuild trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a key liaison between business units and ITPartner with business leaders to uncover needs, define requirements and shape technology solutions that deliver valueTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersProvide strategic consultation to internal clients, guiding them through product capabilities and optionsChampion client satisfaction by resolving issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring service excellenceAct as the voice of the business and end users – advocating for their needs throughout the solution lifecycleTake ownership of outcomes – ensuring the final solution meets expectations and delivers business value About You Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, management, marketing, communication or related field (postgraduate or MBA are highly regarded)8 years of proven experience working with business products and solutions, ideally within the manufacturing industryDemonstrated experience as a Product Owner, IT Business Partner or in a similar role bridging business and technologyPrevious experience as a Relationship Manager or in customer service roles with a strong stakeholder engagement focusSolid understanding of functional business domains and how they operate within a manufacturing context, particularly in parts & servicesSound knowledge of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies and proficiency using standard IT toolsHands-on experience working with cross-functional IT teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needsStrong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a meaningful way to non-technical stakeholdersHigh emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build trust, manage conflict and establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersCustomer-focused and proactive approach, identifying win-win opportunities for customers and the business Why Join Us CNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
