McArthur is looking for experienced, customer-oriented professionals to fill a 3-month temporary role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries, process payments, and coordinate requests across multiple service areas. This temporary, full-time role offers an immediate start for a 3-month period, based in a fantastic location just a short walk from the Dock. The position is offered at a casual rate of $38.08 per hour plus super. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional and approachable manner Manage and update requests and information in internal software systems Direct face-to-face or phone enquiries to the appropriate officer or department Process payments for services such as rates, permits, and infringement notices, ensuring accuracy in cash handling General administration duties including answering phone calls and directing enquiries to relevant officers, and drafting and sending correspondence Selection Criteria: Certificate IV or higher in Front Line Management, Business/Administration, or similar relevant experience Excellent communication skills and experience handling high volume enquiries Ability to provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, financial and database management programs Proven ability to work within a team environment, as well as independently Compliance Requirements: Full working rights Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Current Drivers License Valid National Police Check If you are the perfect candidate for this opportunity, please click ' apply now ' or submit your CV to michael.naylor@mcarthur.com.au .
