The position focuses on building strong relationships with local employers and supporting them to become confident, capable, and inclusive workplaces. The Business Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for securing suitable and sustainable jobs for Help’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants and nurturing relationships with employers to increase repeat business and conversions. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensure each participants’ individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus Meet and exceed monthly KPI targets: sustainable placements and high level of conversion Build and manage an employer database to generate suitable job opportunities for IEA participants Deliver tailored resources and advice to improve employer confident in recruiting, supporting and retaining people with disability Facilitate the creation of sustainable job opportunities through job creation and job carving Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to support participants with complex needs Ensure that sufficient and compliant Documentary Evidence is maintained to prove Services have been delivered in compliance with the Deed and associated guidelines Reverse Market to employers, to promote skills and strengths of participants Advise staff of labour market fluctuations and industry/employer needs Advise employers of wage subsidies and eligibility requirements Work closely with the team to plan, prepare and market participants for successful placement outcomes Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote Help Enterprises awareness Manage employer and participant expectations, and demonstrate personal resilience in handling setbacks and objections Present in a style that displays high energy, trustworthiness and projects a great first impression Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to work demands and circumstances Actively promote and support the Mission, Vision and Values of Help Enterprises by maintaining social, ethical and organisational standards and values, always honouring commitments and treating people with dignity, respect and fairness Build and manage an employer database to generate vacancies This position is Full-Time operating in the following areas: Corio, Newcomb, Waurn Ponds, Leopold and the wider Geelong region The role will commence through October/November About You You care about people and want a job that makes a difference.
