The Opportunity: KBR is seeking a results-driven Integrated Work Package (IWP) Lead to oversee and grow a high-performing delivery team within the Major Service Provider (MSP) framework. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering complex Defence projects and programs while fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic outcomes. Reporting to the Account Director, the IWP Lead operates with high autonomy and leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver customer-focused results in alignment with KBR’s strategic goals. This role suits a proven leader with Defence sector experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of the IWP in line with policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Oversee IWP performance and ensure successful project outcomes while enhancing KBR’s reputation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and delivery alignment. Manage budgets, financial forecasting, cost controls, and compliance with MSP and KBR governance. Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to support workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, and development. Identify and mitigate project risks, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to business growth and future bids. About You: Essential: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or similar, or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience, ideally in Defence or Defence Industry. Background in project management or consulting. AGSVA NV1 Clearance (minimum), with ability to obtain NV2. Desirable: Senior leadership experience in a multidisciplinary environment. Defence sector project or contract management experience.
