The position Working as part of the leadership team you will be responsible for the program and project delivery of the Society’s specialised homelessness programs. You will bring your energy and drive, along with your deep understanding of the crisis and long-term needs of vulnerable people, the socio-economic contributors to generational and cyclical poverty, contributing factors and impacts of homelessness. Leading specialist teams you will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of important and critical programs such as Family Services Program, Samaritan House Men’s Shelter, Street to Home Outreach Services, Justice Housing Programs, amongst others. You will be a natural relationship builder who has established networks, working with diverse stakeholders as well as leading and inspiring high performing teams. A Bachelor's degree (or Cert IV as a minimum) in social work/community services/welfare or a related field, is required, along with 3-5 years of experience within the community or not for profit sector, within a similar role with translatable skills.
