We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader –Health Insurance to join our brand-new Weekend Team based in our Docklands office. You’ll work Saturday to Tuesday (approx. 29 hours a week ) – and still take-home pay like you’re working a full 40! What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 Sales Consultants Drive performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognising wins Monitor daily sales activity and support consultants to hit targets and exceed them Create an upbeat and engaging team culture where people genuinely want to show up and perform Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to refine processes and boost efficiency Handle escalations with confidence and ensure exceptional customer outcomes What We’re Looking For Health insurance subject matter expertise A natural people leader with strong coaching, mentoring and team development skills Someone who thrives on data, KPIs, and building high-performing teams Exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making ability High energy and emotional intelligence – you lift others up and lead by example Comfortable managing under pressure and pivoting when needed Sales Leadership experience is highly desirable (ideally in call centre or fast-paced sales environments) Why Join iSelect?
