Job Summary: The Product Manager, HUBconnect, is responsible for driving the execution of the product strategy. This includes developing actionable product roadmaps and delivering features that meet the evolving needs of HUBconnect customers. You will work closely with technology delivery teams and engage with both current and prospective users of the products and services offered through HUB24’s HUBconnect platform. In addition, you will collaborate with the sales team to enhance the existing product and develop new modules. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain agreed backlogs and product roadmaps for HUB24 technology products and services, ensuring alignment with strategic plans. Identify and design innovative solutions for market testing, including preparing business cases to secure investment. Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Launch new features and enhancements to increase product usage, drive customer satisfaction, and support client growth and retention. Prioritise cross-functional business and technology resources to meet delivery commitments and schedules. Oversee the product lifecycle and release management, with a strong focus on optimising the client user experience. Monitor product performance, analyse usage patterns, and identify opportunities to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement. Contribute to improving product rituals and practices, including backlog management, stakeholder communications, and sprint processes, to enhance delivery outcomes. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a successful product leader with at least 5 years in product development teams. Up-to-date knowledge of Australian financial markets and relevant regulatory considerations. Strong commercial acumen to make decisions impacting product revenue, client retention, and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Agile frameworks and ways of working. Excellent understanding of data technologies, analysis, and design, with strong technical problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in negotiating outcomes, resolving conflicts, and building trusted relationships. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and external partners. Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines. Customer-centric mindset with an adaptable, outcome-focused approach. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology/Engineering, or Business. Willingness to provide out-of-hours support when required, demonstrating integrity and high ethical standards.
