We're currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the National Manager for a leading global automotive company. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong admin, reporting, and Excel skills who's looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Manager Prepare, format, and update internal reports and documents Perform high-volume data entry and database management Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation Support broader project teams with documentation and reporting tasks Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments About You: Confident using Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formatting) Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a busy environment A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Previous admin or office experience (preferred but not essential) The Offer: 4-month full-time contract with a major global brand Work alongside an experienced leadership team Office based in Sydney Supportive, inclusive team culture Ideal for working holiday visa holders or graduates looking to break into the corporate world
