A solar panel installation service provider is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team to provide admin support, document control, and contract and project coordination. Responsibilities: As a Contract Administrator, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements. Monitoring contract timelines, deliverables, and renewals. Serving as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and contract execution. Maintaining organized records of all contract-related documents and correspondence. Analyzing contractual terms and conditions to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Supporting project managers and legal teams with contract negotiations and amendments. Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations and relevant legislation. Preparing and presenting reports on contract performance and status to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should posses the following A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in contract administration or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of contract law and principals. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Attention to detail with exceptional analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
