Key responsibilities include: Managing high-volume calendars and executive inboxes Supporting finance-related coordination and budget tracking Drafting, reviewing, and formatting documents and correspondence Managing meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and divisional admin Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of SES officers Prioritising tasks, managing workflows, and triaging time-sensitive matters Actively contributing to team discussions and process improvements The Ideal Person You’re a capable Executive Assistant, senior administrator, or team support officer with experience in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
