The DFG Capability Development Team is looking for highly motivated individuals at the APS 6 level to join our team. You will join the DFG Capability Development team at a unique and exciting period of workforce management and culture transformation, working closely with DFG's senior leaders to understand capability gaps, design contemporary solutions and drive change to attract, retain and develop a high-performing workforce. In addition to supporting the development, delivery and management of strategic talent management initiatives, you will also be responsible for: Supporting the delivery of a range of HR initiatives, including talent management, reward and recognition, employee value proposition, and other strategic people priorities. Contributing to the design, development, and continuous improvement of HR programs, resources, and processes. Providing administrative and coordination support across key initiatives, including the preparation of communications, stakeholder engagement activities, reporting and governance requirements. Supporting the preparation of high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal audiences, including senior executives. About our Team The DFG Capability Development Team was established in 2022 as part of the DFG Senior Leadership Group's ongoing commitment to high-performing workforce capability and culture. We drive strategic talent management, learning and leadership programs and workforce planning. Our Directorate partners with stakeholders within the group to understand capability gaps, design contemporary solutions and drive change to enable our high-performing workforce. The team has been driving an exciting program of work over the past 3 years in areas that relate to the implementation of DFG's Employee Value Propositions initiatives, culture transformation and workforce analytics. The team is continuing to embed these initiatives while also refining and adapting their approaches to maximise their impact for our people.
