What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming staff, visitors, and VIP guests with professionalism and warmth Managing reception, communications, and deliveries Creating a positive, inclusive vibe through events and engagement activities Keeping The Hub humming - overseeing supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination Ensuring our space is safe, clean, and wellbeing-focused Supporting the People and Culture team with admin, reports, training, and travel Assisting the fundraising team with merchandise and donor support This is an onsite role, part-time, (Thursday and Friday) with occasional after-hours availability during special events or emergencies.
