See more at our website - http://atsichsbrisbane.org.au Job Description About the Role The Administration Officer – JNC Employee Support is responsible for the efficient coordination of rostering, payroll processing, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries. Duties Develop and manage staff roster and c onduct regular rostering audits to ensure accuracy. Adjust rosters in response to staff availability, emergencies, and resident needs. Monitor shift coverage and fill vacant shifts in a timely manner. Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding payroll, rosters, and employment conditions. Desired Skills and Experience COVID - 19 Requirements Immunization history showing you have received two doses of a Covid 19 vaccine is encouraged. Required Cert III in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services administration. Demonstrated experience in rostering and payroll processing within an aged care or similar environment. Strong understanding of rostering principles, enterprise agreements, and payroll processing. Proficiency in using rostering and payroll systems (e.g Humanforce). Excellent problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support employees. Preferred Knowledge of Fair Work regulations and aged care workforce planning requirements. Experience in handling employee queries related to payroll, leave entitlements, and shift allocations. Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Additional Requirements Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia. NDIS worker clearance (yellow card) or eligible to apply. Annual flu shot (2025).
