Overview of position We have a brilliant opportunity to welcome an additional Stock Controller to join our growing Supply Chain team in Regency Park. This position would suit someone who loves a challenge and has exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills, develop your knowledge and gain exposure to many areas of ARB operations. Reporting to the SA DC Operations Manager and working closely with the National Stock Control Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient stock management and contributing to the continued success of our operations Key Responsibilities Coordinate and raise stock transfer requests to help ARB Stores deliver outstanding service to customers. Support the accurate reconciliation and updating of stock records by identifying and resolving discrepancies within the inventory system. Liaise with state DC stock controllers to ensure timely and efficient finalisation of outgoing transfers Analysing inventory reports to identify trends, maintain healthy stock levels, and prevent shortages across SA/NT branches and warehouses. Collaborate with the ARB Head Office Supply Chain team to drive initiatives that minimise dead stock and improve turnover. Place and manage backorders through the Main Warehouse to ensure consistent and timely stock availability for the network. Proven ability to work efficiently and proactively with attention to detail, quality, and a results-driven approach Proficient in core MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and OBIEE is highly desirable.
