Help venues boost revenue, reduce incidents & improve serviceWe’re looking for a motivated, confident sales rep to help grow a proven hospitality training program that makes a real difference — boosting venue revenue, improving staff performance, and reducing intoxication-related incidents.You’ll be selling something that works: the program has strong testimonials, a successful pilot behind it, and clear, measurable results.What the role involves:Reaching out to hospitality venues — e.g. pubs, bars, clubs and groupsSpeaking with owners, GMs and operations managersSharing the benefits of the training and closing dealsTracking leads and progress using a shared spreadsheet or CRMCollaborating on pitch angles or outreach strategies as neededYou’re a fit if you:Know how to talk to venue decision-makersUnderstand how bars and clubs operate (or have worked in them)Want flexibility and are confident working autonomouslyAre proactive, professional and results-drivenBelieve in what you’re sellingThis is a commission-only role to start, with 40% commission on closed sales and the potential to grow with the business.
