About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Insurtech team within Steadfast Technology Services. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic initiatives across our digital platforms, including INSIGHT, SCTP (Steadfast Client Trading Platform), and associated applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define business needs, design value-driven solutions, and contribute to the modernisation of our technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities on complex projects across multiple platforms. Collaborate with product owners and tech teams to define the “why” behind business requirements. Design and document technical solutions that deliver measurable value. Create clear specifications for developers, QA, and product teams. Drive innovation by improving processes and analysis practices. Support successful implementation of solutions through strong stakeholder engagement. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Fintech, or Insurtech environments. Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL, cloud infrastructure, and integrations. Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, UX prototyping, and BI platforms. Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience in digital platform transformation, CRM uplift, or AI initiatives is highly desirable.
