Introduction Who we are looking for Our Customer Experience Project Officer works collaboratively across the organisation to develop and deliver our Customer Experience (CX) Strategy. You'll use customer feedback to identify improvements to our products and services, driving increased customer satisfaction and perceptions of value. This a contracted 12-month, part-time position for 44 hours per fortnight, located at the Warrnambool office. It comes with a generous salary of $88,863 to $96,615 p.a. pro rata plus superannuation. Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll: Lead the development of customer understanding frameworks and processes throughout the business. Support the development of CX data and analytics approaches. Make recommendations for improvements within key customer journeys based on customer data and insights. Collaborate with internal stakeholder and third-party providers to build CX capability across the business. Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with A strong background in CX or related disciplines such as customer engagement, marketing, user experience, data analysis and service design. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders around improvements to systems and processes. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
