About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join a collaborative project delivery team working on a wide range of technically diverse construction projects. You will be a key part in the development and maintenance of drawing sets across various disciplines (Civil, Structural, Hydraulic). This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to join a collaborative team. Duties: Create and manage detailed technical drawings and documentation sets across multiple project stages Ensure all drawings align with project scope, standards, and construction timelines Liaise with internal project teams to ensure updates and design changes are accurately captured Assist with council and authority submissions for planning and building approvals Maintain document control and ensure the latest versions are available for site use Support project close-out documentation including as-builts and compliance records Participate in project briefings, QA reviews, and HSEQ initiatives Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture Minimum 5 years of experience in a drafting role within construction or infrastructure projects High proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and SketchUp Experience working with Australian Standards and National Construction Code (NCC) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Construction White Card and valid C Class Driver's Licence Familiarity with HSEQ compliance and integrated management systems Exposure to mechanical/civil project environment How to Apply: If you are interested in the role, click apply or contact Ash for more information.
