Cabinet Maker / Installer – $40–$50/hr Penalties Super Location: Malaga, WA (with travel to residential and commercial sites across Perth) About the Role We’ve recently launched a brand new cabinetry division and we’re looking for another skilled Cabinet Maker/Installer to help bring it to life. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who can take a job from the workshop to site; cutting, assembling, and installing cabinetry across both residential and commercial fitouts. You’ll be part of a small, capable team backed by a larger, well-resourced construction business. The systems, tools, and work are already in place and now we just need someone keen to get stuck in and help this new division hit its stride. Key Responsibilities Fabricate cabinetry and joinery using shop drawings and cutting lists Install cabinetry on site (homes, offices, commercial fitouts) Interpret drawings, site conditions, and measurements confidently Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently Assist with general workshop, warehouse, and delivery duties Maintain clean, safe work practices and represent the company professionally on site What We’re Looking For Trade qualified Cabinet Maker or equivalent experience Confident working across both commercial and residential cabinetry Strong understanding of cabinetry hardware, shop drawings, and install requirements Skilled with woodworking tools and machinery White Card (Construction) Manual driver’s licence Comfortable working on active construction sites and in client homes Nice to Have Forklift ticket CNC machine experience Previous experience managing own installs or project-based work Why This Role Matters You’ll be on the ground helping shape a new department with real potential.
