About the Role: As the Course Transformation Lead , you will bring a dynamic mix of strategic leadership, curriculum innovation, and project execution. We are seeking a candidate who can inspire and lead course transformation initiatives across both Higher Education and TAFE contexts. There are 3 full time positions available at a HEP 9, $128,446 - $133,636 classification 17% superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week over a fixed term 2-year contract period. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Expertise in curriculum design and pedagogy – with deep knowledge of learning outcomes alignment, assessment strategies, and inclusive design principles. Proven success leading course transformation or curriculum renewal projects – particularly at a program level within tertiary education. Strong project management capabilities – including the ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage diverse stakeholders, and deliver outcomes on time and within scope. Exceptional facilitation and collaboration skills – with a track record of engaging educators, students, and industry in co-design processes. Leadership in innovation and change – with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence. Digital and learning technology proficiency – including experience with LMS platforms, and an understanding of the role of AI in contemporary education. Sound knowledge of academic governance and quality assurance – including policy, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills – with the ability to craft high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
