We’re looking for a Proposal Team Manager - VIC/TAS/NZ to join our APAC Winning Work team to oversee the delivery of work across Victoria, Tasmania and New Zealand. This role involves driving hub outcomes to meet business targets, managing the availability and capacity of the hub personnel to meet the regional requirements, ensuring the standardization of process and implementing the best practice improvements while being actively involved in supporting the delivery of strategic proposals. In this diverse role you will: Oversee the delivery of work within the assigned Proposal Hub, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines. Guide and implement new technology and best practice improvements to enhance proposal processes and outcomes. Actively support the delivery of strategic proposals, providing hands-on assistance and expertise. Partner with pursuit managers and project managers to develop and activate the pursuit strategy. Collaborate across the business to ensure cohesive and effective proposal outcomes. Provide leadership and direction to the Proposal Hub team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development and on-the-job training for team members. Allocate tasks, ensure compliance, set priorities, and re-prioritise as required to meet project goals. Manage project tasks within allocated budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with: Extensive experience in complex proposal management and associated governance processes. Exceptional people management skills, including setting performance objectives, conducting reviews, and providing training. Change management experience to support new ways of working. Resource planning and team management skills required to manage the demands of pursuit and proposal activity in the hub and direct appropriate resourcing based on business priorities. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals on time. Excellent writing and review skills with the ability to drive the team to create compelling and persuasive content. This role can be based in any GHD office in VIC, TAS & NZ. Interested?
