Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Designer with hands-on experience in Pega-based platforms and API-driven ecosystems to join our Fraud and Scam Prevention team . In this role, you’ll help design secure, scalable, and user-friendly experiences that detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design intuitive interfaces that integrate with APIs and backend systems. Translate complex business requirements into simple, clear, and functional design solutions. Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility, scalability, and consistency across platforms. Continuously contribute to the evolution of our design system, with a focus on trust , clarity , and accessibility . Advocate for the user by conducting design reviews, user testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience designing for Pega applications , such as Pega Case Management or Pega Customer Service . Solid understanding of API integration workflows and technical constraints. Strong domain experience in Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and digital payments. Portfolio showcasing a user-centered approach to solving complex problems in enterprise or financial platforms. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
