About the Role We’re seeking passionate and driven Exploration Geologists to join our site-based teams across our Leonora and Laverton operations during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a rare chance to learn from the best and accelerate your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The role is offered on an attractive Lifestyle 8 days on 6 days off roster. Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, responsibilities of this role will include; Oversight of drilling (air core, RC and Diamond) and other exploration programs including logging, data entry, assessment of results and all aspects of quality control; Compile and interpret geological data to support exploration targets. Interpretation of logging and drilling results; Coordination of logistics and supplies for site exploration activities; Ensure safe, high quality work procedures are maintained, and compliant with environmental standards; About you You’ll be a curious and motivated geologist with a keen interest in gold exploration and a desire to be part of a discovery-focused team. You’ll also bring: A tertiary qualification in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering 1-3 years experience in exploration (Gold preferred) A genuine interest in exploration geology and the desire to be part of a discovery team A manual C Class Drivers License minimum A collaborative, team focused mindset and strong safety focus Why join us?
