We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Project Administrator to join our growing and dynamic team. You’ll play a vital role in: Preparing and converting quotes and orders Coordinating product delivery and availability Updating and maintaining client and project information in ERP and CRM systems Liaising with clients, contractors and internal departments Ensuring a high standard of service and smooth project execution Supporting fellow team members to deliver project success What You’ll Bring 1–3 years' experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence working with internal systems, CRMs and Microsoft Office A proactive mindset - you take ownership and follow things through Experience knowledge in lighting, construction or technical industries highly desirable What’s in It for You?
