But this isn’t your typical embedded gig.You’ll be hired into Preacta, working either embedded or alongside the client account but operating in an action packed delivery model, meaning less red tape, faster delivery, and more focus on doing what you do best: hiring great tech talent. What you’ll do:Leverage state of the art hiring strategies to generate high quality outbound technology candidate pipelinesThink strategically, partnering with our Talent Intelligence teams to map markets & develop hiring strategies that scaleAct as client liaison and subject matter expert for operational TA mattersFoster collaborative, supporting relationships with Preacta team-mates and client teamsAdopt a “One Team” mentality, we seamlessly integrate with our client teams enabling us to deliver maximal transformational impactInfluence, stakeholder manage and negotiate at all levelsBring new ideas to improve decision-making, efficiency, and productivityContribute to client voices to market and employer branding activitiesSharpen, hone your skill set, seeking advice from your incredible team-matesInnovate, our culture of feedback encourages optimisation, debate and intrapreneurialism, we're building something exceptional What you’ll need:Australian Citizenship or PR5 years of experience working within a Talent Acquisition team, agency, or RPOProven experience of hiring in technology, ideally with exposure to data, analytics and machine learningAn eye for technology or a passion for itStrong process excellence habitsStrong people skills, advisory & partnering experience to influence change / best practiceAn understanding of the logistics behind In-House TA and People organisationsExcellent behaviour/competency-based interviewing skillsExcellent attention to detailA thoughtful, strategic hiring approach If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
