As our Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service, and driving overall excellence in our tavern restaurants. Responsibilities Oversee daily tavern restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. Manage and motivate staff, provide training and support to foster a positive team environment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise workflow and maximise productivity, including responsibility for staff rosters. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels while minimising waste Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulations Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
