The role and you: You will maintain a well equipped commercial kitchen ensuring you meet the requirements of all of residents; You will efficiently and effectively assist in managing staff and budgetary requirements to deliver a superior quality of food; Maintain a hands on approach in food preparation and lead from the front in terms of a safe and quality meal service; Assist with stock control and rotation of stores; Take responsibility for the safety of the kitchen using management systems; Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement; Working knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) guidelines and regulations; Demonstrable experience in a similar role; Ability to deliver outcomes in a commercial kitchen environment.
