We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Technical Standards Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and improving asset management (AM) frameworks, standards, and sustainability practices across a diverse infrastructure portfolio. This is a senior-level position suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on, strategic role within a complex stakeholder environment. About the Role As the Asset Management Technical Standards Specialist, you will be responsible for: Leading the strategic definition and continuous improvement of technical standards and AM processes Supporting the development and roll-out of AM sustainability frameworks Driving uplift in AM capability across multiple contracts and teams through mentoring, training needs analysis, and competency frameworks Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align AM practices with ISO55000 standards Supporting the implementation and refinement of an Asset Management Operating Model Contributing to risk management, quality improvement, and data management initiatives across infrastructure assets Sustainability & Innovation Focus You'll help shape and embed sustainable asset management practices that balance operational needs with long-term performance and environmental responsibility. A key part of your role will be to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that reduce waste, increase value, and enhance competitiveness. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline 5 years' experience in Asset Management within infrastructure, government, or commercial property sectors Proven experience in AM system design, ISO55000 implementation, and strategic planning Strong capability in data governance, risk/opportunity management, and sustainability practices Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams Experience with Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) is desirable Strong mentoring or training facilitation background is a bonus You'll Also Have Broad knowledge of asset data hierarchies, reliability engineering, and FM operations Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders A proactive mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities independently Why Apply?
