With a strong order book secured for the next 18–24 months, they continue to win work in the education, industrial, aged care, and health sectors. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking for a confident and delivery-focused Project Manager to join their team and take full ownership of a major upcoming project. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will lead the site and commercial teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities End-to-end project management of commercial construction projects ($10M–$60M) Manage construction programs, budgets, and risk profiles Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders Ensure quality assurance and compliance with WHS regulations Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings Drive project delivery with a focus on time, cost, and quality About You 6 years’ experience in the commercial construction sector (as a PM or Senior CA stepping up) Strong understanding of project programming, contracts, and financial control Proven ability to lead site teams on projects of $10M Experience with D&C and construct-only contracts Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills What’s On Offer Join a reputable Tier 2 builder with a strong pipeline and supportive culture Major project assignments with long-term work across NSW Autonomy and backing from an experienced senior leadership team Competitive salary package: $160K – $220K Super Please call Sam Taylor from Gough Recruitment at 0401 560 014 or email your CV to staylor@goughrecruitment.com.au All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
